Eligible annual reports from the fiscal year under consideration and registered for the awards will go through two rounds: the Preliminary and Final rounds.
- An independent third party evaluates the annual reports of registered listed companies that meet the eligibility criteria.
- Based on nominations from HOSE and HNX, the Organizing Committee invites four auditing firms – Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PwC to review the Preliminary Round results.
- Based on the post-review results, the Organizing Committee selects the reports advancing to the Final Round.
The Judging Panel evaluates the reports based on the results from the Preliminary Round, the audit reviews, and additional discussions to select the award-winning annual reports in each sector.
Participating companies must be part of the VNX Allshare Index. Evaluation is based on reliable information publicly disclosed on the company website, the stock exchange websites (HoSE and HNX), the State Securities Commission website, and the Vietnam Securities Depository, including the Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report, Sustainability Report, Corporate Charter, Governance Regulations, and Shareholders’ Meeting materials.
